If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund (excluding shipping and restocking fee) on authorized returns. Because Christian Expressions offers a wide range of products and many of our products are made to order or ship directly from our distributors, some items are not returnable. Please review our return policy carefully. The following items are NOT RETURNABLE: - Jewelry-Most of our jewelry is made to order; including rings. Our jewelry is handcrafted in the USA by highly skilled jewelers ensuring you will always receive the highest quality product. - Special Order Purchases (including large quantity)

- All Food Products Including Candy
- Church Apparel-including vestments, pastor robes, albs, choir robes, cassocks, clergy shirts, stoles, surplices. These items ship directly from the manufacturer. Most are made to order.
Damaged ItemsEmail Us within 48 hours after receiving damaged items. Please do not discard any packaging. NOTE: We will send an exact replacement only for damaged items. We do not accept returns or shipping reimbursements. Exchange PolicyFirst Communion, Flower Girl and Christening Apparel-Because we understand the importance of seeing and trying on the apparel, Christian Expressions does allow exchanges on these specialty items. Wrong Item Received Please Email Us if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization with instructions. If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back (ground delivery only). If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges if the error was on our part). You will receive a credit when the returned item is received. If you prefer to be charged only once, you will send the order back and we will make the proper exchange. Return Instructions

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense. Order ID Number After approval from our return department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number, will be refused. Returns are processed once each month. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied. Please follow these rules when shipping: Do NOT use electrical tape to package boxes. This can cause damage to the scanners used by all shipping companies and most will not accept boxes packed this way. Use only sturdy brown or clear packing tape. Use only boxes designed for shipping. Do NOT use "gift" boxes. Remember our motto: "If it shakes, it breaks". Wrap each item securely. Return items in their packaging with all tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear or use will be returned at customers expense. Items must be in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the safe return of the package. We strongly encourage you to insure the value of the items and choose "Proof of Delivery" or "Signature Required" Christian Expressions LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Christian Expressions LLC Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
